The Official Secret acts are a surprise singing act that is perfect for any event. Our hand picked team of professionally trained singers and entertainers will pose with real waiters, guests and staff until the moment they reveal themselves. All our acts are top of their fields in the entertainment industry having worked with Big named artists, on the West End and with major cruises, events and companies across the UK, EU and the world.
What Are Singing Waiters?
Singing Waiters is a surprise singing act that is perfect for any event or occasion. Our hand picked team of professionally trained singers will mingle with the real waiters and serve your guests until a pre-agreed moment, whereupon they’ll burst into song! They will then ensure that your guests will be on their feet singing and dancing. This usually happens in between the main course and dessert. We have numerous ways we deliver the “reveal” and this can be tailor made for you and your guests.
What Are Singing Police?
Singing Police are also a surprise act that are there to act like the event has come to the attention of the Police. Our acts are made up of professionally trained singers and actors who will discreetly hide away until a pre-agreed moment, whereupon they’ll burst into song after a bespoke “reveal!” They will then ensure that your guests will be on their feet singing and dancing and will pose for pictures after their set. As with the Singing Waiters this is a high energy act that will work with your guests on the night to ensure a great fun experience. The reveal is always tailor made to your requirements.
What Are Singing Maintenance Staff?
Singing Maintenance Staff are also a surprise act that are there to act like the event has come to a brief stop due to some unforseen maintenance work. Our acts are made up of professionally trained singers and actors who will discreetly hide away until a pre-agreed moment, whereupon they’ll burst into song after a bespoke “reveal!” They will then ensure that your guests will be on their feet singing and dancing and will pose for pictures after their set. As with the Singing Waiters this is a high energy act that will work with your guests on the night to ensure a great fun experience. The reveal is always tailor made to your requirements.
What Are Bespoke Themed Nights?
Our main objective is to provide you with a place to get your ideas to gel with the entertainment. This can mean Secret Santa’s for your Christmas Party, Tribute acts like Surprise Cher, Secret Elvis, etc. Or if your night has a particular theme offering you an option to have a secret experience that is bespoke just for you and your event. So if you’re having s 50s themed Rock n Roll night, 70s Disco, 80s glam, an Abba Night or anything else let us know and we will design a secret experience just for you and no one else!
How Much Does It Cost?
Each performance and experience is unique and so will cost a different amount tailor made for you event and budget. Our team are all professional singers and entertainers and will be able to guide you through the different options and get the best price for you. Because we run the business ourselves, there’s no expensive agency fees, no commissions and no third party fees. We cut out the middleman by booking singers and entertainers directly and pass the savings on to you
How Long Is The Performance?
Each singing act is booked out a full day for your event. This includes us traveling to your event from anywhere in the UK. We set up our PA equipment before any guests arrive at your venue and we are ready to go the moment your guests arrive! Our waiters will spend 2-3 hours being ‘normal’ waiters, sussing out the guests and making them believe that they are genuinely waiters. From collecting glasses to serving food and drinks, we really do get stuck in.
For our Singing police this is slightly different to the waiters and our acts will hide away discreetly until the moment of the reveal happens. We have several options of how to reveal the Police and can tailor our performance for a particular guest (practical joke/prank) or group of people.
Much like the Singing Police the Secret Santa’s usually hide away until the moment of the “reveal” however we have had success of Santa’s mingling around handing out treats and then bursting into song. The Key is to surprise your guests with a secret Santa and every booking is made with your event and guests in mind.
When we do our ‘reveal’ (that’s how we start our singing) we sing around 8 songs, which lasts anything between 35 – 45 minutes, depending on the songs and the crowd interaction! We’ve found that this is the perfect amount of time to really WOW your guests. Our acts will work with your guests get them up and singing and dancing and even get your bridemaids and groomsmen up for a dance routine and singalong.

While there are undoubtedly some outstanding vocalists in the UK, we maintain that there is a genuine art and science to excelling as secret singing waiters/performers. Once confirming your booking, we'll give you with a contract for you to pay a deposit, and the final balance will be due the week before the event. What's more, we take care of all the venue coordination, sparing you the hassle! You need only relax and witness the astonishment on your guests' faces once the grand reveal unfolds.
Are You Insured?
All of our singers come with their own Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates, meaning you can rest assured we tick all of the right boxes for the venues!
When Do I Pay?
You pay a deposit once you’ve signed a contract, and the rest you can either pay in interest free installments, or a week before your wedding/Event!
What Songs Do You Sing?
Our set is usually 7 to 8 songs, which is around 35 -40 minutes of live entertainment. We will guide you through a bespoke set of songs perfect for you and your guests. We suggest choosing from our song list but we are happy to learn a couple of new songs not on this list if you ask us in time!
*Please note we require 4 weeks notice per new song to allow us to learn it to the highest of standards. You are welcome to pick 2 to 3 news songs not on the list for your event.
